You can stand a rolled towel next to a lunch box and still have room for the sunscreen and extra shirt. When President Lincoln was assassinated on April 14, 1865, he was wearing a black “Great Coat”, or overcoat, with an embroidered eagle, inscribed with the words “One Country, One Destiny.” The coat was made especially for his second inauguration by Brooks Brothers. The artwork in this collection was inspired by this custom embroidery.
